A boolean value. Yes indicates that the voltage of a falling transition decreases continuously between the signal first reaching 90 percent of the voltage between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH and the signal first reaching 10 percent of the voltage between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH. No indicates that the voltage of a falling transition increases at some point between 10 percent and 90 percent of the fall from steady-state VOH to steady-state VOL.
