A boolean value. Yes indicates that the voltage of a rising transition increases continuously between the signal first reaching 10 percent of the voltage between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH and the signal reaching 90 percent of the voltage between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH. No indicates that the voltage of a rising transition decreases at some point between 10 percent and 90 percent of the rise from steady-state VOL to steady-state VOH.
