For a falling transition, the interval between the time that the voltage of the signal first reaches 10 percent of the voltage fall between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH and the time that the voltage of the signal reaches 90 percent of the voltage fall between steady-state VOL and steady-state VOH, in seconds.
