Ringback Voltage on Fall

The difference between steady-state VOL and the highest voltage reached by a low-transitioning signal after it ascends through steady-state VOL, in volts. Ringback Voltage on Fall indicates how close to the switching threshold the output voltage returns after it transitions to low.
