EXTEND_OE_DISABLE

Specifies whether to use the second OE register. Values are "TRUE" or "FALSE". If omitted, the default is "FALSE".

INVERT_INPUT_CLOCKS

Specifies whether to invert the input clocks. The INVERT_INPUT_CLOCKS parameter should be used with double data rate (DDR) memory. When the input clock is inverted, the first bit of data is captured on a rising-edge clock; when the input clock in not inverted, the first bit of data is captured on a falling-edge clock.
